Nectarine Ice Cream
Ingredients:
500ml whipping cream
400ml condensed milk
6 ripe nectarines
Elaboration:
First we prepare the fruit by peeling and cutting it into small pieces. We beat it so that it is fine.
In a bowl add the crushed fruit and the condensed milk, mix well so that it is well integrated.
In a separate bowl and very cold whip the cream, once whipped, add the mixture we had prepared, mix well and put it in the freezer for at least half an hour before serving.
If you want, you can add a few pieces of fresh fruit that will give a touch of color to the dish.
