Nectarine
The nectarine is a round fruit, with juicy flesh, with stone, similar to the peach and can be consumed unpeeled or peeled. The nectarine harvesting season lasts from May to the end of August.
It has a high content of vitamins E and C and pro-vitamin A, contributing to the degradation of cholesterol and therefore helps to reduce the level in the blood. One of the benefits of nectarine is its ability to improve the nervous and muscular system and help in cases of iron deficiency anemia. It also helps regulate hypertension.
