Plum

The plum is a stone fruit, round or elongated, that can be yellow, green, red or purple in color. It is very nutritious and rich in vitamins, and contains vitamins A, C, B1, B2, B3, E and K; and minerals such as phosphorus, iron, sodium, magnesium, calcium, copper, boron and zinc. In addition, they help fight anemia, are rich in fiber and have a large amount of water. In Spain, plums are in season from July to September, although some varieties can be harvested as early as May.
