Organic nectarine turnovers

Whenever we think of a pie, a salty flavor comes to mind, but in this case we have made these delicious and very sweet organic nectarine pies.

Nectarine pasties

Ingredients:

3 ripe organic nectarines

Sugar

Empañadilla wafers

Egg

Elaboration:

Cut the nectarines into small cubes and sprinkle a tablespoon of sugar, stirring to mix well. Let stand 30 minutes at room temperature.

We place 10 pie wafers and fill with a spoonful of the mixture in the center of each one. Fold it in half and close it with the help of a fork.

Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with sugar.

Bake until golden brown, 15 minutes at 180 degrees approximately.

Remove and allow to cool on a wire rack.

Ready to eat.
