Add the beaten eggs to the egg and work the dough until it is completely smooth and free of lumps, and set aside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"344756\">Chop the cherries and add the cornstarch and a tablespoon of sugar. Mix well so that everything is well integrated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"342942\">Make small balls with the reserved dough and roll them out with a rolling pin to form thin circles to be filled with the cherry mixture, placing a portion in the center of each circle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"283057\">Moisten the edges of the dough with water, fold and close well, giving it a half-moon shape.
