Una manera diferent de consumir-les que pot aportar molt de valor nutricional a la nostra dieta a m\u00e9s del propi gaudi de menjar pizza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quantitats per a dues pizzes mitjanes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Per a la base de pizza.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; 150 g de mid\u00f3 de blat de moro<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; 50 g de f\u00e8cula de patata<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; 95 g de farina de blat sarra\u00ed<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; 25 g de farina de civada<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; 8 g de psyllium<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; 10 g de lli daurat m\u00f2lt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; 300 ml d&#8217;aigua<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; 2 g de llevat<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; 6 g de sal<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; 3 g xantana<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; 20 ml d&#8217;AOVE<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pel farciment.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; 4 prunes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; 50 g de bresaola o cecina de Lle\u00f3<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Un manat d&#8217;alf\u00e0brega fresca<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; 50 g de parmes\u00e0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; 50 ml d&#8217;AOVE<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; 20 g d&#8217;ametlles crues<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PREPARACIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\" start=\"1\">\n<li>Vint-i-quatre hores abans de consumir la pizza ens posem a amassar la base. Per aix\u00f2 barregem el lli, el psyllium, el llevat i l&#8217;aigua fins que tot estigui ben integrat. Passem la barreja a un bol ampli i hi afegim les farines per amassar durant un parell de minuts. Un cop integrada afegim la xantana barrejada amb l&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva verge extra i seguim pastant durant tres minuts m\u00e9s fins a guanyar flexibilitat i la massa quedi m\u00e9s consistent. La deixem reposar durant una hora.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\" start=\"2\">\n<li>Passat aquest temps dividim la bola en dues que deixem fermentar a la nevera durant tota la nit.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\" start=\"3\">\n<li>L&#8217;endem\u00e0 traiem la massa i mentre les estirem escalfem el forn a 250 \u00baC amb la safata del forn a dins.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\" start=\"4\">\n<li>Un cop haguem estirat les boles de massa sobre un paper de forn o una l\u00e0mina especial per als fornejats, ratllem parmes\u00e0 a la base i les prunes a quarts distribu\u00efdes per tot. Tamb\u00e9 podem afegir una mica de pesto ja.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\" start=\"5\">\n<li>Enfornem les pizzes d&#8217;una en una a la mateixa temperatura on escalfem el forn durant 10 o 15 minuts o fins que les vores estiguin daurades. En treure-la del forn amb la pizza ben calenta posarem la cecina al damunt perqu\u00e8 s&#8217;empenyi.
