Deixem refredar mentre preparem la crema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"376816\">Posem en un cass\u00f3 l&#8217;aigua, el sucre, la farina i el sucre avainillat. I a foc suau anem remenant amb una vareta fins que s&#8217;espesseixi i quedi una textura de crema s\u00f2lida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"44195\">Omplim amb la crema els nostres pastissets.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"931312\">Pelem i tallem a rodanxes fines els pr\u00e9ssecs i els repartim entre els pastissos damunt de la crema.
