Per\u00f2 a m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s d&#8217;estar deliciosa aporta beneficis saludables al nostre organisme. \u00c9s un aliat per a la nostra pell ja que ajuda a la formaci\u00f3 de col\u00b7lagen. Col\u00b7labora a reduir el risc de malalties cardiovasculars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"969849\">La polpa es fa servir per al tractament de pells seques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"844492\"><strong>Llom amb salsa de pr\u00e9ssec<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"762321\">Ingredients:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"602605\">500 gr de llom de porc en medallons gruixuts<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"998400\">4 pr\u00e9ssecs<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"441873\">1 ceba<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"600083\">2 alls<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"730321\">1 got de porto<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"122933\">1 llimona<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"208075\">Sal<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"57029\">Sucre bru<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"132109\">Aigua<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"708192\">Oli d&#8217;oliva verge extr<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"226539\">Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"754530\">Salpebrem el llom al gust i ho daurem una mica en una paella amb oli d&#8217;oliva viren extra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"621678\">En una altra paella o cassola, posem a cuinar la ceba partida a la juliana amb les dues dents d&#8217;all, quan estiguin comen\u00e7ant a daurar-hi afegim un got de porto i ho deixem reduir una mica. Hi afegim \u00bd litre d&#8217;aigua i hi afegim la carn tamb\u00e9. Ho deixem cuinar una mitja hora aproximadament, donant la volta a la carn cada deu minuts m\u00e9s o menys.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"772612\">En un got de batedora posem els quatre pr\u00e9ssecs pelats i desossats, el suc de llimona i una cullerada de sucre bru. Triturem fins que quedi una salsa fina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"165571\">Traiem de la cassola la carn i afegim la salsa de pr\u00e9ssec remenant b\u00e9 perqu\u00e8 quedi ben integrada.
