A m\u00e9s de fresc podem menjar-ho amb diferents plats com aquest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"267704\">S\u00f3n moltes les propietats beneficioses del pr\u00e9ssec, per\u00f2 cal destacar que participa en la producci\u00f3 de col\u00b7lagen, per la qual cosa \u00e9s un gran aliat per a la nostra pell a la qual ajuda a mantenir-se jove, per\u00f2 a m\u00e9s \u00e9s una font important d&#8217;antioxidants com el betacarot\u00e8 i vitamines A, C i E que actuen tamb\u00e9 millorant i nodrint la nostra pell.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"30477\"><strong>Pr\u00e9ssec rostit amb gelat<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"356411\">Ingredients:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"578786\">4 pr\u00e9ssecs<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"813493\">1dl. De Jerez dol\u00e7<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"566648\">1 iogurt grec<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"388606\">50gr de sucre glass<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"802331\">200gr de formatge per untar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"967287\">\u00bd llimona<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"538773\">1 culleradeta de bicarbonat s\u00f2dic<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"265576\">Aigua<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"831370\">Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"84314\">Pelem els pr\u00e9ssecs i els partim en meitats rebutjant l&#8217;os. Els posem en una safata de forn folrada amb paper vegetal. Els reguem amb el xer\u00e8s dol\u00e7 i enfornem durant 20 minuts amb el forn preescalfat a 180 \u00ba. Traiem del forn i reservem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"583398\">En un cass\u00f3 posem el sucre glas amb 1.5 dl d&#8217;aigua el suc de mitja llimona i escalfem fins que comenci a bullir. Retirem del foc i afegim una culleradeta de bicarbonat s\u00f2dic. Quan s&#8217;hagi refredat el posem en un got de batedora i hi afegim el iogurt grec i 200g de formatge per untar, batem b\u00e9 perqu\u00e8 quedi una barreja homog\u00e8nia. Fiquem el congelador durant unes 3 hores remenant cada 30 minuts perqu\u00e8 no es formin vidres de gel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"886152\">Un cop estigui llest el gelat muntem el plat amb les meitats de pr\u00e9ssec, i afegint-hi una bola de gelat a cada meitat.
